吉寶置業從同奈Waterfront City開發案撤資

新加玻吉寶置業（Keppel Land）剛宣布從規模170公頃同奈Waterfront City（Dong Nai Waterfront City）城市開發案撤出全部資金

Keppel Land通過其子公司Portsville Pte. Ltd，把該公司所持有，負責開發規模170公頃同奈Waterfront City城市開發案的Dong Nai Waterfront City LLC公司30%的股權全部出售給南隆投資股份公司（CTCP Đầu tư Nam Long）。交易金額為19,510億越盾，相當於1.159億新加坡幣。
